Let’s Breathe.

If you’ve ever been to a yoga class, you’ve heard an instructor remind you to control your breath. In the ancient yogic teachings, the practice of directing the breath is called Pranayama, and it teaches you to breathe consciously, with awareness, and with intent. Within the teachings, there exist many different exercises that can help you tap into your breath as a means of building self-awareness and focus during meditation or yoga.

Today, breathwork has evolved into a powerful scientific and spiritual tool used for personal growth, healing, and transformation of mind, body, and spirit. There are many types of breathwork: Holotropic, Rebirthing, and Transformational to name a few, all of which have different approaches to what works best. Each of the styles shows incredible results for healing past traumas, depression, anxiety, chronic illnesses, emotional/somatic blockages, unwanted behaviour, and relationship patterns. The guided, conscious, connected breathwork session triggers the individual's unique internal self-healing mechanism.

Breathwork is more than an exercise of breathing correctly or with intent. Breathing techniques are tools for major transformation and healing. Breathwork encompasses a broad range of whole-being therapeutic practices and exercises used to relieve mental, physical, and/or emotional tension. We are slipping into a dark place and a lot of people are suffering. Breathwork is what is going to support the inner warrior.

My experience with Breathwork.

In my early healing journey, I made relationships with very powerful plant medicine spirits including Ayahuasca and Bufo, which allowed me the space to work through so much heavy trauma.

When I discovered breathwork, my relationship quickly switched. I discovered that the answer and healing to all of my past traumas were under my nose the whole time! I could take myself into a state of healing bliss and ecstasy whenever I chose to! This was a huge lesson for me and my connection to external influences on my mind-body system.

Breathwork consistently has the same profound healing effects as the plant medicine journeys I had been on so I had to find the global ‘Breathmaster’ and learn the subtle powerful art. Breathwork for me is going to further revolutionise natural therapies and our understanding of the energetic fields within the human vessel and their infinite potential.

Integrative Breathing.

Integrative breathing is a style of breathwork that has been developed to incorporate the many powerful aspects from the leading styles mentioned above. Each of the named can be strict in their approach to breathing, but with integrative breathwork sessions, we use the full array of tools. These range from bodywork, emotive/healing music, live instruments, and the use of sacred sound/healing vibrations to maximise therapeutic potential. Integrative breathing is a beautiful journey of self-rediscovery and healing.

Breathwork has arrived in our consciousness at this very point in time as it is going to be the most simple method of accessing profound transformational healing and it is for EVERYONE!

 

1:1 Sessions.

 One-to-one breathing sessions allow the space for a deeper understanding and a specified approach to the individual’s needs with greater guidance and emotional support. Clients choose this approach for various reasons; whether seeking to resolve past traumas, to leave behind negative patterns of behaviour, or gain clarity.

Group Sessions.

Group breathing sessions experience and harness the collective energy of transformation. They are a great way to share our stories with each other, creating a conscious community of people on the healing journey, each unlocking long-lasting change within themselves.
